Use of the service

Domicile183 helps you track days spent in US states for tax residency purposes. You must use the app in accordance with applicable laws. The app is for informational and record-keeping assistance only and does not constitute tax, legal, or professional advice.

Account and subscription

You may need to create an account and subscribe to access full features. Subscription terms (including renewal and cancellation) are governed by the App Store and our in-app subscription offering. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Your data

You retain ownership of your data. Our use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your data or account from within the app.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
